Who we are

TablaCuria ("we", "us") provides AI-powered business agents at tablacuria.com. Questions: [CONTACT EMAIL].

Information we collect

Account: name, email, and profile picture from Google when you sign in.
Scryer data: your search profile, resume text you provide, saved jobs, and banned listings.
Augur data: when you upload files for processing, files are processed in memory and are not stored. We retain only a compact run record: file names and types, column names and data types, row counts, cleaning logs, quality flags, and a bounded preview of the first rows of each table.
Waitlist: email addresses submitted to our waitlist.
Technical: standard server logs (IP address, timestamps, requests) via our hosting provider.

How we use it

To operate the services, authenticate you, process the tasks you request, improve the product, and communicate with you. We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data for advertising.

Third-party processors

We rely on: Google (sign-in), Supabase (database hosting), Render (application hosting), Anthropic (AI analysis; for example, Scryer sends job listing text and your profile to the Claude API for scoring), and Adzuna (job listing data). Each processes data only as needed to provide their function.

Uploaded files

Files you upload to Augur are processed in memory and discarded. They are never written to disk or stored by us. Exports are generated at processing time and delivered directly to you.

Operator access

Authorized TablaCuria operators can access stored records (such as run records and profiles) for support, security, and operational purposes. Application-level controls prevent any user from accessing another user's data.

Retention and deletion

You can delete saved jobs, bans, and Augur run records in the app. Account deletion requests: [CONTACT EMAIL]. Waitlist removal: [CONTACT EMAIL]. Backups and logs are retained for a limited period as part of normal operations.

Security

Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS). Data is stored with access controls. No system is perfectly secure; do not upload data you are not authorized to share.

TablaCuria is not directed to anyone under 18.
